Spray-Tek to expand manufacturing footprint to Beloit, Wisconsin
A greenfield project to start July 2021

Middlesex, NJ (June 28, 2021) – Spray-Tek, Inc., a leading provider of specialized ingredient processing solutions today announced they are expanding to Beloit, WI, increasing their US manufacturing footprint to three (3) cGMP plants. Spray-Tek currently operates plants in New Jersey and Pennsylvania where they have eleven (11) spray dryers producing specialty ingredients for a broad array of blue-chip customers and brands. The expansion to Beloit will enhance Spray-Tek’s capabilities and capacity where phase one will bring four (4) new dryers and ancillary equipment online in Beloit.

In addition to increasing geographic reach, the Beloit plant will expand Spray-Tek’s dairy based specialty ingredients and specialty infant nutrition platforms. “Many of our customers rely on Spray-Tek to produce dairy based products. Getting closer to the source of our raw materials and simplifying the supply chain will be an advantage for our customers,” said Ray Rambowski, Chief Operating Officer. “Beloit will have specialized technology to support these two important platforms where we continue to see growth.”
